The home planner
The planner saves its entries in this browser’s local storage under bienieco planner v1. The website’s planner code does not upload those entries to Bienieco. Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to see a saved plan. Use “Clear plan” on the planner page to remove its saved entries, or clear this site’s browser storage.
“Download plan” creates a file on your device. “Email this plan” opens a message in your configured email application; review it before sending. If you send it, your email provider and Bienieco’s mailbox process the message. A downloaded or emailed copy is separate from the saved browser plan.
Appearance and demonstrations
The site stores your selected appearance preference under bienieco.theme. Browser site data controls can remove it. The room, monitoring, access, HVAC, power and cleaning demonstrations use simulated data and do not read or operate your real devices.
Visiting the website
Requests pass through website hosting and network providers, including Cloudflare. Delivery and security systems may process technical request information such as IP address, requested URL and browser headers. This page does not promise that browsing is anonymous or that no provider retains technical information. The current site has no advertising forms or account registration flow.
When you email us
Share only what is needed to explain the question. Do not include passwords, access codes, private camera footage, identity documents or detailed security layouts. Emailing an inquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list or create a booking. To ask about information you have sent, contact [email protected] and identify the earlier correspondence without sending extra sensitive documents.
